Left B'ham/ Leeds, AL early Spring, returned late Sept. Plan was West to Arizona, then North through the Rockies to Glacier. Flaming Gorge Dam

Saturday Jun 12, 2010 Flaming Gorge Utah Reservoir dam. Boy they got the name right on this place

600 ' vertical wall canyons of Red rock strata, and the Green River glowing like an emerald green make the red... red-er. 1/2 mile down below the dam is neat. A ramp where outfitters for raftersand fly fishers put in and float 6 miles down to little hole. There are fly fishers here. Will come back here tomorrow to Trout fish the Green River.
